The Venue

The Music Workshop occupies part of an old schoolhouse with one large music space for groups and a separate additional practice studio.

The Music Room
This is a very large flexible space within the Old Schoolhouse capable of accommodating up to around 15 musicians. The music room has excellent natural acoustics with wooden floors, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Dividers in the middle can be used to make two equal size rooms for smaller groups. The Practice Studio
The studio is a conversion of a former wash house in the grounds of the Old Schoolhouse. It provides a good size, sound-proof practice studio, a focused space with natural light coming from a large roof window. 88 key hammer-action digital piano.

We can also provide additional equipment on request.

Sheet Music
We have a sizable collection of sheet music including Jazz Improvisation resources and fake books, educational books for wind and brass, classical clarinet and sax repertoire and a few arrangements for ensembles. Some items are for sale at heavily discounted prices.
